Digital product

Klingee's Guide is a digital product (PDF download) that you can access immediately after purchase. The purchase also includes access to the private Discord community.

No refunds after access

Because the guide is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", all sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded the guide.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK: you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content starts immediately and you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

When we do refund

We will refund you if:

• you were charged twice for the same purchase, or
• you could not access the guide because of a technical problem that we could not fix.

How to request a refund

Email us within 14 days of your purchase at klingee.business@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. Payments are processed by Whop, which issues approved refunds to your original payment method.

Discord access

Access to the Discord community is part of your purchase. If you are removed from the server for breaking the server rules, this does not give a right to a refund.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
