2. Overview
This website is a simple information page for Klingee's Guide. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tools or contact forms. We do not create user profiles.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the website, Netlify automatically processes technical data that your browser sends, such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in providing a secure and working website). Netlify may process data in the USA. Transfers are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: netlify.com/privacy.
4. Purchase via Whop
When you click "Get the guide", you are taken to the checkout of Whop (Whop, Inc., USA). The purchase, payment and delivery of the guide are handled by Whop as the seller of record. Whop processes the data you enter there (for example name, email address and payment details) under its own privacy policy: whop.com/privacy.
We receive the information from Whop that is needed to manage your purchase and your access (for example your username and email address). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
5. Discord community
Buyers can join our private Discord server. To do this, you connect your Discord account through Whop, which assigns you the member role automatically. Discord (Discord Inc., USA) processes your data under its own privacy policy: discord.com/privacy. Joining the Discord is voluntary.
6. Links to other websites
This website contains links to Instagram, Whop and Discord. No data is sent to these services until you click a link. After that, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17), to restrict processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, simply email us.
